Improve Flexibility & Posture – Plus Compete with Your Friends Online

Bridges are a fundamental skill for gymnastics! They help with back flexibility, strengthening back muscles and core muscles, coordination, and body awareness! The bridge is a building block for more advanced gymnastics moves like back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, front handsprings, bridge kickovers, and more! Practicing bridges will set you up for success in gymnastics, and performing in our online competition is easy!

Find an open area, snap a photo of your best bridge, and post it online. It’s a great way to improve your skills while competing with friends online!

Official Criteria, Prizes & Recognition

We are accepting submissions until Sunday, October 22nd! The winner will be selected based on the bridge form and the aesthetic of the photo. Bonus points for wearing a Halloween costume and a vertical line from wrists to shoulders! (Remember to tuck your head in, cover your ears with your shoulders!)

The winning participant will be announced and featured in our monthly newsletter. Plus the winner will be awarded a prize package that includes a Pacific West shirt, sweatshirt, and more!
