Dear Pacific West Gymnastics Families,

Effective Monday, March 16th, Pacific West Gymnastics will be placing a temporary hold on classes and events until further notice. After much consideration, I feel this decision is in the best interest of our students, staff and fellow community members.

All students will have their spot saved in their current classes and will be allowed to schedule make-up classes for any time missed. As has always been Pacific West Gymnastics’ make-up policy, make-up classes will remain on your account for future use and will never expire.

During this temporary hold, we will use this time to:

• Deep clean the gym, from top to bottom sanitize
• disinfect all mats, surfaces, fixtures, props, and equipment
• professionally clean all carpets

Our Union City front desk will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 12pm and 3pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 1pm, and our Fremont front desk will be staffed Monday through Friday 3pm-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1pm. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule make-up classes – our staff is here to help.

I look forward to seeing everyone back for classes on March 28th and can’t wait for our Spring Break Camp, Kid’s Night Out, Open Gym and more, to start again. When classes resume, we will continue to follow our high standards of cleaning and disinfecting.
