Pacific West Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum teams competed at the CA Dreamin’ Invitational the weekend of February 9, 2019. Our Bronze, team took home 1st place. Silver and Platinum teams both placed 2nd and our Gold team placed 3rd.

In the Xcel Platinum Session Leilani Segarra was the All-Around, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor Champion in the Middle Division. Amanda Wong placed 2nd on Vault, Bars, Beam and All-Around in the Middle Division. Maggy Narravula placed 2nd All-Around and on Beam and 3rd on Bars and Vault in the Older Division.

In the Xcel Gold Session, Rhea Kaushik was Bars Champion, placed 2nd All-Around and placed 3rd on Beam in the Middle Division. Mia Gonzalez was the Beam Champion and placed 3rd on Bars and All-Around in the Middle Division. Monique Cook was the Vault and Beam Champion and placed 2nd All-Around in the Older Division. Sabrina Cheung placed 3rd on Vault in the middle Division. Alyssa Valera placed 3rd on Bars and Beam in the Older Division.

In the Silver Session, Miraya Jain was the Bar Champion and placed 2nd on Beam in the Middle Division. Stacy Nguyen placed 3rd All-Around, Vault and Beam in the Middle Division. Aarish Grover was the Beam Champion. Aarish also placed 2nd All-Around and Floor and 3rd on Bars in the Middle Division. Melody Barrios placed 3rd on Vault in the Child Division.

In the Bronze Session, Sharlize Sunga was the All-Around, Bars and Beam Champion, placed 2nd on Vault and Floor in the Older Division. Sheyenne Sunga was the Beam Champion and placed 2nd on Bars in the Middle B Division. Kiera Diaz was the All-Around and Beam Champion and placed 2nd on Vault and Bars in the Child Division. Eva Jones was the Vault Champion, placed 2nd All-Around and on Bars and Beam in the Older Division. Ximena Perez placed 2nd on Beam and 3rd on Vault and All-Around in the Middle B Division. Sophia Lopez was the All-Around and Vault Champion and placed 3rd on Bars and Floor in the Middle B Division. Maayan Dover placed 3rd on Bars in the Older Division.
