Pacific West’s Level 4’s & 5’s Kick Off the Season, Judges Cup 2023
The Pacific West Level 4 and 5 teams opened their official season at the Judges Cup in Rancho Cordova on September 9th, taking 1st and 2nd place team awards! Congrats to our event and All around champions!
Congrats to Allyzi, The September Handstand Photo Contest Champ
Congratulations to Allyzi, the September 2023 Hand Stand Photo Contest Champion! Ally raised the roof with exceptional grace and particularly pointed toes as she arrived into a handstand with oustanding form. Now that’s a 10! Congrats again, Allyzi!

Dressing Your Gymnasts for Success: 4 Outfits for Girls!

Gymnastics attire is not just about looking cool, it actually is very important for safety! While our gymnasts are flipping upside down, swinging on the bars, or balancing on the beam, it is important to wear the proper attire to prevent injuries that may occur from loose clothing getting caught on equipment, covering eyes, or just getting in the way!
Early Closure for Halloween, October 31
We will be closing at 6 pm on October 31 to celebrate Halloween. Have some haunting fun dressing-up, trick or treating…or just chilling and snacking with friends and family at home! Happy Halloween!
