National Judges Cup

Pacific West Xcel Gold and Platinum teams started off their season in Portland, OR at the National Judges Cup. In the Xcel Platinum session Leilani Segarra won the all around, bars and floor titles in the Junior division. Maggy Narravula placed 2nd on bars, 3rd all around and 4th on beam in the Senior B division. Anna Dankiewicz won bars in the Senior B division. Amanda Wong placed 5th all around in the Senior A division. As a team they placed 3rd.

In the Xcel Gold session Hana Johnson won the all around, vault, bars, beam and placed 3rd on floor in the Senior division. Mia Gonzalez placed 2nd on bars and beam in the Junior B division. Alyssa Valera placed 2nd on vault, floor and 3rd all around in the Senior division. Sabrina Cheung won beam and placed 2nd on bars and all around in the Junior A division. Bahar Ayar placed 2nd on bars and 3rd on vault in the Senior division. As a team they placed 1st.

Vegas Cup

Two weeks later the Xcel Gold and Platinum teams headed to compete in the GymCats Vegas Cup in Las Vegas, NV. In the Xcel Platinum session Amanda Wong placed 2nd on bars in the C division. Leilani Segarra won the all around and placed 2nd on floor in the B division.

In the Xcel Gold session Mia Gonzales won the all around, bars and floor titles in the A division. Alyssa Valera placed 2nd on beam in the C Division. Bahar Ayar placed 3rd on beam in the D division.

I Have a Dream

The Xcel Silver and Bronze teams started off their season in Berkeley, CA at the I Have a Dream competition. In the Bronze session, Santia Ali won the all around, vault beam and floor titles and placed 3rd on bars in the Senior A division. Aarish Grover placed 2nd on vault and floor in the Senior A division. Michelle Chen placed 2nd on bars and all around and 3rd on floor in the Senior B division. Cherish Simms placed 3rd on vault in the Senior B division. Brook Joly placed 2nd on bars in the Junior B division. Christa Alhadate placed 2nd on beam in the Senior B division. As a team they placed 2nd.

In the Silver session, Aubrianna Paulson won the all around and vault titles and placed 2 on beam in the Junior B division. Rhea Kaushik won the bars title, placed 2nd on beam and all around and placed 3rd on floor in the Senior A divison. Jillian Nobljas won the bars title and place 3rd on floor in the Junior B division. Ananya Mukundan place 3rd on bean and floor in the Senior B division. Monique Cook place 3rd on bars in the Senior B division. Aniayah Navarro placed 2nd on bars in the Senior B division. Mariaya Jain plance 2nd on bars and 3rd on As a team they place 2nd .
