Congratulations Aisha, the official ABC’s Yoga Pose Champion for December! Aisha struck her impressive yoga pose at a holiday event, forming a powerful and elegant “A”. It reverberted with the vibrant Christmas tree in the background – super creative! Way to go Aisha!

It’s time to show off what you have learned in gymnastics! Handstands not only look cool but are also a foundational skill in gymnastics. They teach gymnasts balance, upper-body strength, patience, and of course, getting used to being upside down!
