- To Participate: Post a video holding a handstand for as long as you can on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #PacWestJanuaryContest. For details, see How to Participate
It’s time to show off what you have learned in gymnastics! Handstands not only look cool but are also a foundational skill in gymnastics. They teach gymnasts balance, upper-body strength, patience, and of course, getting used to being upside down! Find an area with a lot of room, ask a friend to film, and see how long you can hold your handstand!
Show Off Your Skills – Impress Your Family & Friends!
Have some fun trying this challenging contest, it may take a few tries! Don’t forget to straighten out your arms and look at your fingers! Get your game face on, it’s time to compete with your friends!
Official Criteria, Prizes & Recognition
We are accepting submissions until January 22nd! The winner will be selected solely on who can hold the longest handstand all on their own! Be safe, and have fun!
The winning participant will be announced and featured in our monthly newsletter. Plus the winner will be awarded a prize package that includes a Pacific West shirt, sweatshirt, and more!
