  • Deadline: February 22, 2024

It’s time to show off your flexibility! Splits require hard work, consistency, and flexibility to achieve. Splits are a cool fundamental gymnastics element that is also very good for your body. Improve joint health, balance, core strength, and hip flexibility by practicing the splits! Find an area with some open space, ask a friend or parent to take a picture, and do your best split!

Show Off Your Flexibility – Impress Your Family & Friends!

Make sure to warm up before the photo with stretches before you do the splits! Have some fun with the photo, using creative poses, locations, and faces! Bonus points for straight legs and square hips! Get your game face on, it’s time to compete with your friends!

Official Criteria, Prizes & Recognition

We are accepting submissions until February 22nd! The winner will be selected by the quality of the photo and the quality of the split! Be safe, and have fun!

The winning participant will be announced and featured in our monthly newsletter. Plus the winner will be awarded a prize package that includes a Pacific West shirt, sweatshirt, and more!
